How the $79 ticket works:

During the New Year Eve’s Party just order food & drinks from the menu, then present your ticket to the waiter/waitress when paying. $79 will be deducted from your bill. If your bill is higher than $79, you just pay the balance. If your bill is below $79, no cash will be refunded but you may purchase a bottle of alcohol to keep at Highground for future visits.
